POLICIES
BOOKINGS
All appointments can be booked through the Fresha app or link in my bio. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due to pay on the day. Deposits are non-refundable unless I need to cancel your appointment. Please note, I do not take bookings via direct message - if you haven’t booked in person with me, all appointments must be made online.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this can be done through the Fresha app under ‘manage booking.’ Your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment if more than 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in your deposit being lost, unless I am able to fill the slot. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost. I kindly ask that these policies are respected in all situations, though I will always use discretion where appropriate.
PATCH TESTING
A patch test is required no less than 48 hours before all treatments for insurance reasons. If you do not return for another treatment within 6 months a patch test will need to be carried out again.
EARLY/LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside and send me a message to let me know you’re here. If you are up to 15 minutes late, your treatment may be reduced, and you will still be charged for the full service booked. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, and the 100% no show fee will apply.
PREGNANCY
If you are in the first trimester of your pregnancy, I am only able to offer brow waxing. After this, all treatments are available to book. Due to hormonal changes that happen in the body during pregnancy, all new and regular clients will need to be patch tested no less than 48 hours beforehand.
COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS
If you‘re unhappy with the result of your treatment, please let me know within 48 hours so I can rectify any issues with no extra charge. Unfortunately I don’t offer refunds.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you would like to change your booking to a reduced service, please let me know no less than 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise full original service cost applies.
ONE IN ONE OUT/PLUS ONES
As I work from home and don’t have a waiting area, I operate on a one in one out basis. When you arrive, please wait in your car or outside and send me a message to let me know you are waiting. I also kindly ask that you do not bring any plus ones.
CHILDREN/PETS
Unfortunately children and pets are not permitted in my treatment room for safety and insurance reasons.
SICKNESS
If you have an appointment coming up and you are not feeling well, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you show up poorly.
PHONES
Please ensure your phone is put away and switched to silent before we start your treatment, to avoid distractions and ensure a relaxing experience.
